All tour programs on our website will be organized in private tour or small group tour. So we could provide personalized services, take care the clients, and ensure they will enjoy the experience.
Driver and Transportation
Our drivers are english speaking driver who have been working many years in tourism industry in Bali. They are knowledgeable with the places of interest in Bali, cultures, arts, and the unique tradition of Balinese people. You will be accommodated in the clean and comfortable air conditioned car, for an enjoyable trip in Bali.
How to Book
If you are ready to make the booking, you could click "book now" button and provide required information on the form. Full payment will be charged on the time you make the booking and voucher will be sent directly to your email once you completed the payment. By proceeding the booking, you are agree to our terms and conditions of tour services for your Bali vacation.
Payment
Payment will be processed securely through PayPal. And you could settle the payment by using debit card, credit card, or paypal balance. Please note there is 4% surcharge on the transaction for administration fee and fluctuation of local rate exchange.
Cancellation Policy
Eco Bali Tours reserves the right to cancel or amend any tour due to weather conditions or any circumstance changes. If we have to cancel a tour due to such circumstances, you will receive a full refund or alter to another tour program. You will receive no refund:
• If you give less than 24 hours notice
• If you miss the tour departure (e.g. sleeping late, unexpected illness or injury, etc)
• If you do not turn up
• If we have to cancel the booking because of client unsuitability due to age, ill health, poor fitness, inappropriate physical size, intoxication, etc.
Insurance
To avoid the risk during the tour, its suggested that participants have their own insurance, which should cover, medical, surgical and dental and additional expenses, baggage, lose of money, personal accident and personal liability.
